It’s irritating at this point, all they are doing is milking and ruining their franchises and stripping them of character, plot, story, meaning, in their sequels/remakes. The reason why the originals were successful in the first place was because they put the elements of you know…character,plot,story,meaning, and they thought outside of the box where as Disney has just completely given up atp. I still have faith in Zootopia 2 fingers crossed.

I have never picked up a comic in my life, but I see that they currently have the same problem as other forms of media: Literally just bad writers. A lot of media nowadays is written by people who have no idea how to write a compelling story or have well thought out, rounded characters. It's a bad sign if the characters shows up and starts explaining everything about themselves (and the stuff they explain isn't anything useful or of interest). It reminds me of how children who are just getting into writing start listing likes and dislikes for their character and list things like "likes: tacos, jumping jacks, good people. Dislikes bad people, pain, spiders".

I know this is a REALLY hot take but I supremely believe that the Snow White remake is going to flop.

I think it would’ve been a good character choice to make her slowly get more annoyed when people ask to see her powers (being annoyed at the constant pestering but also embarrassed to not be able to) and slowly resent her mom because of it

Out of all the movies that was shown the only two that I'm cautiously optimistic for is zootopia 2 and Moana 2 just everything else I'll gladly ignore

I hate the Snow White remake even more not because of its female lead, or the Dwarves stuff, but because it feels like such a huge slap in the face to Walt Disney and everything he sacrificed to make Disney's first animated film happen in the first place. He literally had to mortage his house to pay for the costs. He put everything on the line to prove to people that animation can be used to tell stories. So it feels like a huge spit in the face of his memory to see Disney apparently see animation so worthless that they need to remake their first film in the "superior" live action format.

This was something that did concern me with inside out 2 being so successful. I was worried the message they might get is that people want sequels, but in reality they just want good movies.

The only things I'm interested in are Dream Productions and Zootopia 2.

As far as I'm concerned, the Mufasa movie is a very high budget fanfiction, and it still looks very uncanny. I predict it's going to be a letdown at the box office, seeing as it's coming out around the same time as the third Sonic movie. The more I see these cringy live action/CGI films Disney keeps pumping out on a conveyer belt, I have to keep repeating to Bob Iger and all the Disney executives "How many times do we need to teach you this lesson old man?!"

The fish being served as food in the world of Zootopia is the most ironic thing I have seen in the trailer. I always questioned about underwater life until now. The plot details are revealed for the upcoming movie, and I am already having theories of how it will turn out.

only zootopia 2 is justified in my opinion. moana ii is the worst in my opinion since the story was wrapped up pretty much perfectly, so whatever villian they make for 2 will definetly have Lower stakes and be worse. unless they can pull off a terminator 2 and somehow make it good
